True Colors

The True Colors model is a fun way to learn about personality temperaments. It enables us to understand our motivations and communication styles. The system is based on four colors, Orange, Green, Blue and Gold, which differentiate the four personality styles. Each personality comprises a combination of these colors with one color being dominant. Teams can improve communication by gaining an understanding of individual personality types through a simplified language. It provides insight into individual styles of communication: listening, behaviors, relationships, negativity, stress, learning and social skills. It enhances communication and understanding by recognizing an individual’s true personality. The system can be applied to many situations at an individual and professional capacity. It has proved successful internationally in business, education, military, governmental, health, family and community circumstances.

Myers Briggs

The Myers Briggs Type Indicator is a system that seeks to outline 16 personality types. It is based on the idea that what might seem random behavior can be understood as methodical, if one takes into account basic differences between people’s interpretations and judgments. The MBTI system collects individual preferences rather than character traits or abilities, thus it differs from other psychological systems and personality tests. The Indicator has been in existence since 1962 and millions of people have benefitted from it. Multiple studies have shown the instrument to be true and dependable.
